Hey friend, thanks for taking the time to read some important information. My prices are set to serve you the best way I can within a certain time frame. I charge a set price that includes all necessary treatments within each service. I book 8 weeks out, please consider rescheduling if you may have conflict. First time color clients may not book retouches, glosses or mini sessions. Please choose signature custom color, or full custom color. I ask that you please contact me within 48 BUSINESS HOURS of your appointment if you would like to cancel or reschedule. If you choose to reschedule your color appointment within the 48 hour window, your deposit will go towards your next appointment. If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours, you will forfeit your deposit. The deposit is generally a little less than half the service cost. The deposit must be paid in order to book future appointments. All NO SHOWS will be charged 100%, and unable to rebook. Haircut appointments are charged deposit on day of cancellations. Short-$30 Med-Long-$50 I ask that you contact me if you are going to be late. After 15 minutes passes I will ask that we reschedule or omit services.
